We guarantee all of our products. If you are not satisfied with anything we make, return it to Golden Hour for a
repair, replacement or refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
All packages will be shipped via USPS priority mail. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from
date of order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

address to us, we will send you emails. These emails will inform you of our launch of new products, of special

RETURN POLICY
Golden Hour accepts returns and exchanges by mail. Please send package with a carrier who can provide
tracking and insurance, Golden Hour is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment if proof of
delivery is not available. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing returns and exchanges.
